Salty sea air, soft sand beneath your flip flops, sun-kissed skin... all yours when you choose this beautiful beach condo as your vacation base! Fully updated and dog-friendly, super-clean and comfortable, swimming in nautical charm. You'll be just 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean, and close to coffee shops and artisan stores. We're Pablo Beach Vacation Rentals. This is an upstairs condo in our 4-unit complex with easy self-check-in, private yard, and parking. Ask about renting multiple units!

A note about our cleaning and disinfection practices. We always have and always will provide freshly laundered linens. All of our sheets, blankets, quilts, towels, and bath mats are professionally laundered using high heat wash and dry so they are thoroughly sanitized. We let every unit sit a minimum of 24 hours before we enter after a guest leaves. We then use an ozone generator for 12 hours. After that we clean with proper personal protective equipment - gloves and mask. Then we disinfect all touch surfaces with an EPA approved list N disinfectant which the EPA and CDC have approved to kill viruses. We take the health and safety of our guests and our cleaning crew very seriously. Each of our units also has its own private yard and no shared entry ways or stairways. We also have a no-contact check in process.

East of A1A sits this charming 1960s apartment complex. We've renovated it into 4 condos that are available for renting separately or together, depending on the size of your group. This particular condo accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (3 beds in total) and has 1 bathroom.
You'll be immersed in all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer, but will still enjoy peace and privacy in a secure neighborhood. A short walk will take you to the beach, where you can work on your tan, take a dip in the ocean, or simply chill with your family.
Inside the condo, you'll be greeted by light, bright rooms - all sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with homely vibes! Completely updated and fully equipped to be your home away home, the condo features tile and hardwood floors throughout plus delightful original wood- paneled walls. The nautical-inspired decor is classy, the shoreline colors are calming, and the beds are comfortable.

You'll have access to the entire apartment including full kitchen with all amenities. Private yard during your stay. Park style grill also provided. Easy entry to the condo via keypad with a secure, unique code.

It's easy to walk or bike to almost everything. There's a local coffee shop just a block away, while the shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Jacksonville Beach are 0.7 miles away. There are also restaurants within 2-3 blocks of the condo and the airport is just 30 minutes away. Best of all, the ocean is just a block and a half away!

The complex is within walking distance of the beach and many local cafés and shops. Travel further using Uber, Lyft, or the Beachside Buggies free transportation service. Bike and golf cart rentals - with delivery! - are also available.
