Are you planning on spending a month by the beach this year? If so, check out this awesome private house in Neptune Beach, Florida. Its incredibly low price is not its only trait. It is only 1.3 miles away from the Atlantic ocean and just a quick bike ride from all the bars and the restaurants. For a minimum of 28 days, you will enjoy living in your dream house by the sea.
The entire place is covered by a tile floor. In the living room, with the modern, black and white design, have some fun watching Netflix and chilling by the fireplace. There is, also, a bar, perfect for late night chatting over a glass of wine. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utilities, including a dishwasher and an ice maker. The apartment can be heated or cooled down according to the weather.
Note that the private house is ideal for big families or groups of friends, as it can host up to six people at once. There are two large bedrooms with double beds and, of course,
special places that can turn to two extra sleeping areas. Each bedroom has a closet and a flatscreen. The residents of the master bedroom can, also, enjoy a private balcony, and a view of the neighborhood.
Pets are allowed inside and outside of the house, where they can run and play in the large yard. It is totally safe for them, as the place is surrounded by a tall fence. For you and your company, there is a porch and a cute sitting area. In the end, don’t forget to use the grill and bring the family together for a nice meal.
The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We strongly suggest you get around by bike because it is cheap, fast and environmentally friendly. But in case you choose to rent a car or a motorbike, we want to let you know that a parking place is included.
