We had a big group and rented 2 of Erins condos in 2 different houses that face each other on either side of the back yard. We LOVED the community yard and spend a majority of the day outside on the deck. I brought my dog and she loved having a place to play, and we loved the privacy. Both condos easily slept our large party and we never ran out of hot water having a large group in 1 bathroom. Great time! Walked to everything! I recommend it for large parties to rent 2 units and you are close to each other! Only negative I have is that I had to sweep when I arrived cause I like to walk around barefoot and the floors were sandy upon arrival but the broom was easy to find and it was a quick fix - we all know sand is hard to clean so no bad feelings!
We would have given this place a 5 star as the owner is wonderful, accesible, and very helpful. The apartment appears to have been newly redone and is spotless. The appliances are in good condition, and had supplies. The bedrooms were comfortable and again spotless. Beach is within walking distance as are all the resturants, coffee shops and bars. We loved the food and beverages at The Blind Rabbit, and frequented the local coffee shop down the block. Metro Diner is always a favorite of our guests when visiting the area. The only thing that brings this one star down is the parking. The space is for one car and a VERY tight fit. If we had brought our truck we would have had to park on the street. Our guests parked on the street and it was alway a guess as to how long it would take to find a space and how far to walk (Florida rain makes this an issue). It did not sleep six while we were there, although the owner was very accomadating a bought a roll away bed, our guest chose to sleep on the couch. We came up for a family weekend and football game and had a fantastic time. We would consider booking again when staying in the area!
