The unit was very clean and had everything needed. TV, Internet, all good. A little court yard that was nice. I did not like the access via an alley. However, the location is good for beach walks and biking. The area has everything you could think of. The owner is very nice and accommodating. It can be difficult to travel with a dog, but this place was perfect with tile floors and courtyard. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the owner provides you with a booklet of everything in the area.

We enjoyed our weekend here! And, I was very happy to see that it was exactly like it shows in the photos. I loved being able to walk to the beach and felt very safe in this neighborhood. The owners are wonderful and very helpful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will stay there again. :)

I stayed here with my 2 dogs for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. Plus it is convenient to everything, the beaches, downtown, everywhere. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

We stayed at this property 4 weeks and the property and owners were great and flexible. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a short or long term stay for family use. The property is 1 and 1/2 blocks to the beach and the area is very safe and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We walked the neighborhoods and beach with our 4 year old very evening and always felt safe. The owners are easy to reach and were very helpful though out the stay. There's honestly no reason too look at any other options in the area. This is a great choice and I would stay there again.

We had a great weekend stay! The property is well maintained and very clean. The owner was wonderful and has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were there for a weekend reunion with girlfriends from college. We enjoyed the beach, which is just a short walk away. When it rained in the afternoon we enjoyed hanging out in the house. There were 4 of us & we had plenty of room. Sharing a bathroom (even w 4 girls) wasn't a problem either. I would definitely recommend this place to friends & would love to stay here again.

We were in Jacksonville Beach to attend a wedding at the Casa Marina Hotel. The property was a short, easy drive to the hotel. The beach, shopping and restaurants were all close and within walking distance. Our little dog enjoyed the freedom of being outside in the courtyard and the neighborhood was safe for walking him at any time. The property was comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed are stay and would definitely try and stay here again if we are back in the area.

Showed up for business with my two dogs. The place was fully stocked and comfortable. The staff was friendly and looked out for my boys while I was at work. It's close to the beach & restaurants. I'll definitely stay again!

Our beach house was very clean and comfortable. All the extra's we did not bring were available, like beach towels and extra chairs for guests. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, dishes, extra coffee cups, pots and pans, even tea bags. The owners were helpful and very nice even extending our stay an extra night. We had a great time! I will come back to Jacksonville, we did not see it all this trip.

We have 3 small children and traveling is always a challenge. This will definitely be a place we go back to! The extra space was perfect for the kids and it was a great walking distance to the beach! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!!!

This place was perfect for our visit to Florida, especially since we could bring our dog :) The agent was always available for any questions we had. The location was perfect - only a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants - and even had a place where I could set up my computer and get some work done!

We had a great time. The house was perfect size for our 2 boys and us! Very clean, great remodel and beach theme. Blocks to the beach and eateries. The owners were there to greet us and were wonderful! We will definately book this place every year!

The place was nice and very close to the beach. The AC had trouble keeping up with the heat outside. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one vehicle. The patio was great for relaxing.

My husband and I traveled to Jacksonville Beach for a weeks vacation with our 7 and 15 year old sons and our dog. This rental could not have been more perfect for our needs! Rental was exactly as described, absolutely clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The owner meet us upon arrival and ensured we were able to get in and had everything we needed. A very quick, safe walk to the beach (which was blisfully uncrowded and great waves for boogie boarding!) Area restaurants and shops were within easy walking or driving distance. We spent 2 days in St. Augustine which was a very easy drive from the unit. We drove into downtown Jacksonville without any issues, took the boys to MOSH, visited the Jaguars stadium, always returning easily to this well kept rental. Beds were very comfy, good quality and clean linens. Washer and dryer in unit so we were able to do laundry throughout the week. Owners provided chairs for the beach, umbrellas and beach towels as well. The unit was pet friendly, providing food and water bowls and a nice bit of yard and patio for our dog to enjoy and bask in the sun. We plan on returning to Jax Beach and would definitely stay in this rental again! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Had never been to Jax Beach beach before,truley had beautiful experience at this little piece of paradise.My Husband and I traveled from KS in May 2013 and could not have been more pleased with our warm,truley picture perfect accommodations, the Girls helped make our stay so lovely.This getaway is so perfect and clean including everything you could possibly need,It was clear they had taken great detail to create this warm eclectic retreat .It's steps away to the beach and also to great resturants and a lovely coffee shop.Everything you need for perfect get away.The owners helped in every way to make our stay memorable.We will surely go back,as we simply fell in love with that little piece of paradise and have recommended it to all of our family and friends.Thank you Girls for all of our Beautiful Memories.
